Constraints faced to improve cow fertility is very much one of them was the death of the embryo's death indicates the death of embryos and embryos to fertile ovum until the end of implantation (Hafez, 1993). Factors that encourage early embryonic death are:
Genetic Factors
Early embryonic death in heifers often occurs due to inbreeding or marriage marriage sebapak or mother, so ugly trait possessed both male and female parent will more often appear in the derivatives (Hardjopranjoto, 1995).

Factors Lactation
The occurrence of early embryonic mortality can be attributed to lack of effective defense mechanisms of the uterus, stress during lactation and endometrial regeneration are not yet perfect (Hafez, 1993).

Factors Infections
In the event of pregnancy on the mother who suffered from venereal disease can be followed by early embryonic death or abortion causing infertility (Hardjopranjoto, 1995).

Factors Immunity
If the mechanism of immunosuppression is not going well, then the antibodies will interfere with the development of the embryo in the uterus (Hafez, 1993).

Environmental Factors
Early embryonic mortality increased in animals in which the parent body temperature rises (Hafez, 1993).

Factors Hormone Imbalance
The imbalance of the hormones estrogen and progesterone can cause early embryonic death (Hafez, 1993).

Factors Feed
Shortage of feed have an influence on the process of ovulation, fertilization and embryo development in the uterus (Toelihere, 1981).

Age Parent
Early embryonic death occurs in many animals who have aged parents, this can result in older animals have suffered many setbacks in the function endokrinnya (Hardjopranjoto, 1995).

Number of Embryo or Fetus In Uterus
Because the placenta develops which contains some of the embryos in the uterus then the space will be decreased vascular blood supply so that it can cause embryonic death (Hafez, 1993)
