Grass tetany is a metabolic disease in both cattle and dairy cattle. Cases which occur normally in elderly or cow pregnancy was at the peak of lactation. Prognosis of cow disease is generally good if immediate treatment, therapy can be performed by administering 750 to 1500ml of fluid gluconas calcius 20 percent of intra-venous, and also subcutan. Animal suffering should be removed from the land where the cow was eating grass. Having moved the cows were fed a mixture containing calcium phosphate in rations.
